Trying to keep up with the ever-increasing demands of a busy lifestyle can sometimes feel like an impossible task. Many of us inevitably find ourselves taking on more and more commitments, whilst at the same time constantly analysing our performance and wondering why our life seems out of balance.


When it comes to balancing life and work, it can be helpful to acknowledge that neither side is ever permanently static. Just as the seasons change and the sun rises and sets, life and work are constantly fluctuating between balance and imbalance. Once we are able to accept this and discover joy in those ‘sweet spots’ where everything seems to be perfectly in sync, then we are better able to manage any challenges that arise and even learn to appreciate the imperfect harmony of life.

7-Step Checklist to Feel Less Overwhelmed
