Responsibility for assisting in the formulation of digital marketing strategy and plans to forge strong loyalty and repeat visits from existing customers and proactively acquiring new customers, while overseeing all elements of the day to day operation of Kamalaya’s digital marketing channels

 

What You Will Do:

  • Assisting in the development and implementation of Kamalaya’s annual digital marketing plan and longer term digital strategy
  • Managing the implementation of digital marketing strategies, monitoring analytics and tracking and reporting performance for all aspects of Kamalaya’s online activities individually and collectively
  • Ownership / management of all Digital assets including Websites, Social Media channels, SEO / SEM, digital content management, display and eCommerce;
  • Analysis of the customers Digital experience, making recommendations and executing for improvement to UX and CX
  • Enable data-driven decisions and tasks in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, and shape the strategy on an ongoing basis to match customer needs
  • Communicating the voice of Kamalaya through all digital marketing channels
  • Creating and managing inspiring and integrated campaigns throughout the online space, in particular through social media, referrals, influencers and email marketing
  • Coordination of all written and multimedia content working with our in-house Copywriter and Video Production team, including written copy, videos and photography, ensuring that all digital marketing materials are produced in line with and conforming to Kamalaya brand guidelines
  • Work closely with the team to identify and define requirements and key performance indicators of campaigns and projects
  • Contribute to marketing & communication strategy
  • Assist sales team with online revenue generating strategies and manage relationships and systems of booking engines and OTAs
  • Oversee and manage all employees/consultants within his/her control, ensuring that the correct standards and methods of service or conduct are maintained at all times – to include external photographers and video producers etc.
  • Ongoing responsibilities & projects as agreed from time to time

 

What You Will Bring To The Team:

  • MBA, an advanced degree or 4-5 years experience in digital marketing
  • Minimum 2 years of paid search experience (hands-on experience with Google Ads is a must) at an agency or client-side
  • Experience with Adobe Marketing Cloud or Google Marketing Platform, Google Search Ads 360, Google Analytics, Data Studio
  • Experience handling CMS and ecommerce systems (specially WordPress, Woocommerce and advance plugins)
  • Experience with Programmatic and Youtube advertising is a plus
  • A deep understanding of how to define key performance metrics
  • Attention to detail while maintaining oversight of wider goals
  • Experience in creating digital or marketing strategies along with a high-level understanding of the technologies and tactics needed for execution
  • Strong executive presence and communication skills, with ability to engage, advise and inspire senior executives
  • Ability to clearly communicate and report on complex problems and provide metrics driven solutions
  • Program and Project Management experience – with experience establishing projects for international markets
  • Strong analytical skills & advanced knowledge of Excel to identify data patterns and opportunities to improve campaign performance.

As Content & Social Media Manager you will be responsible for managing all of the social platforms at Kamalaya, creating compelling social content and telling the story of the brand in an engaging and inspiring way. Passionate about wellness & travel, you are a natural storyteller and know how to push the boundaries of creativity. Working within the dynamic, fast paced Marketing team you will create impactful and engaging social content and campaigns to ensure our feeds are elevated, curated and reflect our brand.

What You Will Do:

  • Day to day management of social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest, LinkedIn, YouTube, Twitter etc).
  • Scheduling and publishing all content, alongside responding and engaging with audiences on all platforms
  • Drive the strategy, growth of channels and engagement of followers
    Creating the social media strategy for specific projects with integration to the other media and digital channels
  • Develop and execute a multi-platform social media plan, which integrates Kamalaya’s brand communications and content themes into clear and engaging stories to share with customers at relevant touchpoints through their journey and that work’s in tandem with our communications strategy
  • Writing social media copy, and applying this to all channels and acting as a guardian, writer and implementer of Kamalaya’s tone of voice for social media
  • Work closely with the Content & PR team on influencer management
  • Work closely with the Brand Manager on the photography and videography strategy for social media and work with them to define the aesthetic approach and creative strategy
  • Work closely with the Digital Marketing Manager to support the paid social campaigns and the full integration of Social in the Traffic Acquisition strategy
  • Work closely with the Marketing team to align the Social strategy, calendar, content and data acquisition with the other channels (Social Media and KOLs, CRM, media campaigns, e-Commerce…) for on-going campaigns and new launches (platforms, products…)
  • Responding to any comments placed online
  • Collaborate with our SEO partner periodically to monitor optimization and performance
  • Sourcing and managing relationships with a pool of key social wellness photographers around the world to capture photography which showcases a window onto the world of Kamalaya
  • Overseeing weekly and monthly social reporting and delivering reports to a variety of functions including senior management
  • Keeping aware of current trends across social media marketing, including the tools and technology used to improve communications with customers
  • Seek to constantly position Kamalaya as a wellness leader within social media
  • Be responsible for the budget in collaboration with Marketing team where required
  • Management of Kamalaya’s social media tool– provide day-to-day support to all users across all properties
  • Management of the online reputation of all hotels across review sites using – provide day-to-day support to all users across all properties

 

What You Will Bring To The Team:

  • A minimum of 5 years’ experience in in the social media space

Summary: Responsible for developing and delivering meditation as a modality to guests through various channels, including group classes, workshops, lectures and private sessions. In addition to this the position will work closely with the Naturopathic team in delivering guest consultations with regard to stress management and mind body balance as well as creating new sessions for emotional support particularly during detoxification.

Experience: Three – Five years of active teaching practice to diverse audiences is required as well as proven proficiency in counseling. Some deeper knowledge of mind dynamics and stress management are also preferable.

Qualifications: Have achieved a qualification from recognized University or institution. Training or degrees in psychology or Yoga are most relevant.

Responsible for co-ordination, supervision and maintain of the data processing resources and operations of Kamalaya Co., Ltd, ensuring that all computers, terminals, power supplies, Software and Internet System are installed, interfaces with other system and maintained to the company standard.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 5 years in IT Manager in a five star hotel or similar property.
  • Degree or Certificate in Information Technology / Computer Science, including training certificates of all courses attended for knowledge update.

  • Graduate of an accredited school of Naturopathy with sub-specialty in nutrition, medical detoxification and functional medicine.
  • Training certificates of all courses attended for knowledge update. Specialty therapeutic hands-on training an asset.
