Vacant positions:

Traditional Chinese Medicine/Wellness Consultant (1 position)

To be successful candidate you must;

  • Male or Female, Chinese or Thai nationality age over 35 years with excellent English skills both written and spoken.
  • Graduate of an accredited school of Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM), licensed as a practitioner of TCM and certificates of all courses attended for knowledge update. 
  • Minimum 3-5 years clinical experience in acupuncture and Chinese herbal medicine. 
  • Training and experience in Tui-Na, Qi Gong, and Chinese nutrition an advantage.
  • A deep commitment to healing and to serving others. A respect for and desire to learn about other healing and medical modalities.
  • An openness and passion for learning other approaches to healing and the ability to work with other practitioners as part of a team.
  • Outstanding in particular field of interest/practice combined with a strong desire and ability to work as a member of a team of practitioners.
  • A self-motivated team player with a personable disposition and excellent people skills.

IT Manager

Responsible for co-ordination, supervision and maintain of the data processing resources and operations of Kamalaya Co., Ltd, ensuring that all computers, terminals, power supplies, Software and Internet System are installed, interfaces with other system and maintained to the company standard.


  • Minimum 5 years in IT Manager in a five star hotel or similar property.
  • Degree or Certificate in Information Technology / Computer Science, including training certificates of all courses attended for knowledge update.

Assistant Video Producer

We are searching for a talented Assistant Video Producer to join the existing Sales & Marketing team based in Koh Samui, Thailand. The ideal candidate for this exciting role is an energetic, creative and multi-skilled self-starter who is already well versed in shooting with DSLR cameras and telling visually and editorially compelling stories through the dynamic medium of video.

You are equally comfortable editing as you are shooting and are intuitive when it comes to understanding the language of the brand you are working for. A friendly, team player that loves to learn new skills and works well with others, you will quickly use your initiative to support the existing video production team and contribute new ideas to enhance the quality of content Kamalaya publishes on its multiple marketing and communication platforms.

Required Skills:

  • Shoot video and stills photography to a high standard using DSLR cameras
  • Editing and storytelling skills using Adobe Premiere Pro (Final Cut Pro and/or Davinci Resolve skills are desirable).
  • Working knowledge of image editing using programs such as Adobe Photoshop
  • Up-to-date knowledge of all major social media/publishing platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Instagram TV, YouTube
  • Ability to produce content in line with Kamalaya’s brand concept and brand guidelines
  • Strong team player with a positive, proactive attitude who works well with others
  • Passionate about producing engaging content and learning new skills
  • Creative thinker who is driven by making memorable videos that inspire others
  • Able to work to a tight schedule, plan ahead and work under pressure when necessary
  • Ability to work to a brief and take direction from the Web Communications Manager, Multimedia Content Manager and others.
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills are required to arrange and facilitate video shoots in cooperation with other internal departments

Assistant Housekeeping Manager / Housekeeping Manager (1 position)

•  Thai nationality age minimum 25 years.
•  Diploma or degree in hotel management.
•  Previous hotel experience required (preferably in a supervisory/manager role)
•  Excellent communication both written and verbal skills (English and Thai)
•  Enthusiasm for the hospitality service industry.
•  Effective management and supervisory skills.
•  Positive attitude and good teamwork spirit, ability to maintain good working relationships with colleagues.
•  Ability to achieve guest relations and maximize guest satisfaction through service standards of housekeeping department.

Assistant Training Manager / Language Teacher (1 position)  (Only Thai Nationals)

We are seeking a passionate, responsible, hard working, helpful, and positive minded Assistant Training Manger to teach English and Thai to our staff. They will also assist the Training Manager in all areas of training at the resort. This will include administrative duties, such as translation, the creation of training materials, and following up accounting payments, as well as helping to facilitate training activities such as orientations, buggy trainings, first aid trainings, workplace safety, workshops, teambuilding and others. They will also coordinate the trainee program. The ideal candidate should possess exceptional personal and communication skills and be comfortable working for a foreigner in a multi-cultural environment. They should also be passionate about teaching, training, and helping our staff develop and improving themselves.

•  Teaching and/or hospitality experience preferred
•  Bachelors Degree preferred

•  Secondary school graduate or higher, have training certificate in treatment from the Ministry of Public health

•  Certificate of massage not less than 150 hours

Nurse (1 position)


•  Graduate of an accredited school of Naturopathy with sub-specialty in nutrition, medical detoxification and functional medicine.
•  Training certificates of all courses attended for knowledge update. Specialty therapeutic hands-on training an asset.

Special Skills:

•  Self motivated team player.
•  Personable disposition with excellent people handling skills.
•  Age 32 years plus
•  English proficiency: Excellent written and spoken

Engineer Coordinator (1 position)

• Thai nationality age minimum 20 years with good command in English (spoken).
• Vocational or Higher.
• Minimum two years experience.

Waiter/ Waitress (1 position)

•  Secondary school graduate or higher
•  Female, Thai nationality
•  Minimum 2 years experience in Food & Beverage field
•  Good command in English (spoken)

Nail Technician (1 position)

•  Female / Thai
•  Ability to communicate in English well
•  Ability to provide high quality manicure and pedicure services
•  Knowledge on spa treatments is an advantage

Cook Helper (1 position 3 months temporary)

•  Thai nationality age minimum 20 years with good command in English (spoken).
•  Graduate from training course in hotel or commercial school on all aspects of food preparation.
•  Enthusiasm for the hospitality service industry.
