Healthy Cooking with Kamalaya
A Kamalaya guest favourite, this mocktail is rich in antioxidants, enzymes and vitamin C
Fresh green apple juice, 160 ml
Fresh pineapple juice, 150ml
Fresh lime juice, 40 ml
Strawberries, 5 medium sized
Small handful of mint leaves
Blend all the ingredients with a few ice cubes until the strawberries are liquefied and then serve in a tall glass with a slice of fresh lime.
