Is it Possible to Travel to Koh Samui Now?
Bangkok Airways has been operating domestic flights to Koh Samui since 15th May 2020. The airline announced all flight operations will strictly comply with safety measures set by the Ministry of Public Health and the Civil Aviation Authority of Thailand. For further information, please contact your travel agent to check when flights become available and what health checks are required to travel.

What Precautions Is Kamalaya Taking?
There have been no cases of COVID-19 at Kamalaya. Despite this, we have introduced a wide range of preventative measures to support the health and wellbeing of our guests. These have also been upgraded to comply with the most recent guidelines set by the Ministry of Public Health, as well as our own stringent health, safety and hygiene standards. New guests arriving at Kamalaya as part of our ‘Life Enrichment Special Offer’ will have the option to receive two COVID-19 antibody screenings on the first and sixth day of their stay. For your additional security we have a highly experienced team of health professionals on standby seven days a week. These include a medical doctor, nurses, and our extensive roster of holistic practitioners. Aside from these precautions, our serene Health Sanctuary is functioning as normal within the allowed guidelines and Kamalaya continues to offer a safe and peaceful environment for guests to relax, rejuvenate and pursue their wellness goals.

Is it Safe to Travel to Thailand?
To date, Thailand has managed to successfully control the spread of the virus when compared with a number of other countries. Koh Samui fortunately had only a very small number of cases and the island was recently locked down as part of a nationwide emergency decree designed to prevent the spread of COVID-19. There are strict guidelines in place about the appropriate wearing of masks, social distancing and hand-sanitisation, as well as the quarantining of persons arriving from high risk areas, or those displaying symptoms of the virus. What Is Kamalaya’s Cancellation Policy during This Time?
We are allowing guests to postpone or cancel their stay free of charge if their travel plans are affected by COVID-19. If you choose to postpone your visit we will carry forward any bonus nights from your original booking (subject to availability). This temporary relaxation of our cancellation policy applies for stays until 31st July 2020. Further terms and conditions apply. Please note that our standard cancellation policy applies for stays after 1st August 2020.
