Singing Bowls Therapy with Svetlana and Sergey

The Singing Bowls Therapy is an effective and proven modality that uses Vibrational sound to help reduce stress, alter consciousness and creates a deep sense of peace, well being and better health.

At the physical level this vibration is known to stimulate the blood vessels, lymph, nerves, veins and muscles allowing the opening of the blockages and loosening the tensed body parts even without a contact to its surface. The long sustaining harmonic sound on the other hand cancels out external disturbances, allows the mind to find a focus, and help the body to self-generate a flow of positive energy and thoughts. The combination of the sound and its vibration - relaxes the body, releases pain and gives one’s body and mind a peaceful experience. This is also the reason why the Singing Bowl is used in meditation.

Sound Healing instruments are used to apply to the physical body, and others played around the body in the subtle energy fields and energy centres (chakras). The vibrations, like acupuncture needles, are amazingly efficient to help vital energy flow freely. It creates a good synergy and helps disconnect from any worry and experience the present moment.
