Family constellations help you discover and release the subconscious driver of unhelpful thoughts or behaviors that you can’t seem to make sense of or get rid of. By following the dynamics of the situation, guided and informed by the knowing field, it facilitates new neurological pathways in the brain that are healthy and constructive. It releases systemic entanglements.

Shamanic healing releases blocked energies and brings back lost energies that have prevented one from healing and dealing with both mental and physical issues.

Cognitive Behavioural Therapy is a talking therapy/counseling and offers a pro-active solution-focused approach to everyday life situations by thoroughly exploring mechanisms and patterns in one’s life of thoughts and behaviour. It is suitable for both non-clinical and clinical issues.
