A day of insights and practices with Rajesh Ramani

Our emotional state is pivotal in the experience of life. Our reactions and responses to everyday situations, decision-making abilities and our index of happiness are dependent on the balance that we experience in our emotional state.

The "Finding Emotional Balance' course is designed to help you create awareness over your emotional states and responses, and help you take control of the keys to your happiness.

This 8 hours course combines teachings and practical exercises in the form of
-Deep contemplative emotional release sessions,
-Meditations to strengthen awareness and
-Insightful exercises to cultivate healthy emotions of the heart

Rajesh Ramani, a Life Transformation teacher, has worked extensively in eastern philosophy. Beginning his career as a Cost Accountant and a banker in India, Rajesh heeded to an inner calling to become a monk in the Hindu tradition in his twenties.

Rajesh effectively translates complex truths into principles for everyday life and relationships, bringing a balance in the philosophy and perception of the individual and the organization.

An excellent motivational speaker, Rajesh believes in "bringing balance through awareness and inner non-violence". Through powerful processes of reflection and insights he helps you become free of conflicting repetitive responses, heal unresolved emotions, establish greater connection in relationships and rediscover core strengths and values.

Rajesh now resides at Koh Samui, Thailand working as Life Enhancement Mentor with Kamalaya Wellness Sanctuary.


Listening to emotions:
Listening, in the space of right understanding, leads to insights into the nature of imbalances. This helps to dispel unskillful perceptions.

In this module we learn tools and techniques to improve listening to our emotions.

The Art of "Letting go':
Learn to face emotions without constantly drowning in or resisting them. Take home tools to help you find a better response to emotionally challenging situations.

Cultivating Joyful awareness:
Cultivating awareness in a joyful state of mind, takes you to restfulness.
This Awareness is the key for emotional transformation to happen.
In this module we will learn awareness meditations and practices to enhance connection and wholeheartedness.
