Daily group yoga classes are offered in a variety of styles.
In addition private classes may be requested with Kamalaya in-house instructors.
In addition to daily yoga classes, a variety of
Holistic Fitness practices are also offered to
complement your practice. These include: pilates, fit ball, tai chi, chi gong, pranayama, meditation, and spirit dance.
Individual fitness testing is available, along with personal strength resistance training in the
Shakti Fitness Centre, guided hikes, kayaking, and beach volleyball.
