In many businesses in the spa and wellness community, the core team of trainers is quite small, yet bears much
of the responsibility for ensuring that treatments, service journeys, consultation and business skills are
implemented successfully and achieve business objectives.
As a spa trainer, your training will have a major impact on the performance of your colleagues and the business

SpaTRAINER™ will provide you with a structured approach to designing, delivering and evaluating
interactive training sessions for both individuals and groups in your spa, health & fitness centre or
product house. This exciting new workshop will give you an incredible experience and interesting insights
into what truly effective training looks, sounds and feels like.
During this five day workshop, you will explore how to adapt training for on-the-job, off-the-job, pre-opening
or refresher training. In addition you will practice delivering fun and inspiring training that will engage your
trainees during shorter sessions as well as programs that span over several weeks or months. Whether you are new
to training in your spa or have been training for years, you will leave this workshop energised and motivated
with new ideas to implement immediately.

How will I be assessed?
During the workshop you will deliver several one to one and group training sessions, which are assessed
against international standards. Successful graduates of the post course project have the opportunity to
be assessed and awarded the Group Training Certificate from People 1st, the British sector skills council
for the hospitality, leisure, travel and tourism industry.
