Cancellation Policy
All bookings are to be guaranteed by major credit cards,
with full prepayment, or by a travel agency with credit facilities approved by
Kamalaya Koh Samui prior to making booking.
Cancellation received within 14 days prior to arrival - 50% of total booking cost is refunded.
Cancellation received within 7 days prior to arrival or no show - no refund.
Cancellation charges apply to both program and accommodation bookings.
