Our daily schedule:
7.30am - 8.30am: morning yoga
9.00am - 10.30am: healthy buffet breakfast
10.30am - 2.00 pm: Holistic massage treatments / free time
2.00: healthy snacks (including protein shakes, smoothies, fruit and juices)
2.00 pm - 4.00 pm: Free time to enjoy (Steam Room, Plunge Pools and other facilities at Kamalaya)
4.00pm - 5.00pm: Meditation Course (4 consecutive days & Deep Relaxation workshop)
5.00 pm - 6.00pm: afternoon yoga
6.30pm: healthy dinner
8.00pm - 8.30pm: deep relaxation
