NATUROPATH/HOLISTIC WELLNESS CONSULTANT

A thorough knowledge of naturopathic systems and modalities with a minimum of three years clinical experience.  A deeper knowledge of cellular detoxification, weight control and stress management is preferred

The ability to work as part of a large team and to show cross cultural sensitivity in dealings with colleagues and guests is very important

A self-motivated team player with a personable disposition and excellent people skills, including the ability to relate to people in a friendly, understanding, and professional manner

The ability to speak a foreign language is preferred

Executive Chef
The most suitable candidate will have:
• At least 2 years experience as an Executive Sous-Chef or Executive Chef.
• Ability to work in a multi cultural environment. (Asian experience preferable)
• Knowledge in menu design, creative and open to new ideas.
• Knowledge of wellness resorts and cuisines, raw foods and/or detox cuisine are an advantage.
• Team player with good sense of humor, patience and even temper.
• Excellent command of English.

SPA Academy Training Assistant Manager
Positioned as one of the industry leaders, Kamalaya recently launched its own Spa Lotus Training Academy, wishing to invest in the future development of its team of professionals and keep building a strong wellness team which delivers very high-standard and quality treatments.

The Lotus Academy is led by our Wellness Development Manager who spends time developing our team and assisting them in delivering unforgettable guest experiences. We are looking for a motivated, capable, positive trainer who is able to assist in the implementation of training of policies and procedures directed by the Wellness Development Manager. This key role is responsible for the team members’ morale, team spirit and dedication, for the coordination and training of our wellness therapists and team members including receptionists, reservations and spa attendants.

Because recruiting and training is an on-going necessity, the perfect candidate will not only have an understanding of good health habits in terms of body posture, anatomy and physiology but will also show quality of a caring teacher who is happy to see his/her students succeed both at work and in life.

The required qualifications include good written and spoken English, a minimum of three years of working experience in the Spa industry with at least 2 years of training experience. We are looking for someone with an up-to-date knowledge of natural and holistic therapies confirmed by a Degree or Certificate in holistic Spa therapies, including training certificates of all courses attended. Trainer certification preferred.

REATURANT MANAGER
The most suitable candidate will have:
• Male/Female (age not over than 38 years) and Thai national only
• At least 2 years experience in similar position
• Strong personal and service skills when working with guests and colleagues
• Good communication in English and good computer skill.
• Friendly personality and pleasant appearance and hard working. Able to work under pressure.
• Attention to details and have excellent communication skills
• Proactive, positive attitude, and able to work as a team player
• Ability to train team to a high standard.
• Strong organizational and leadership skills

SPA THERAPIST (Female)
The most suitable candidate will have:
• Female, age 18-40, Thai national only
• Experience as a spa therapist is preferred
• Strong service skills
• An excellent level of health
