How to Spa

General Information

Guests at Kamalaya are given complimentary use of the following facilities during their stay. These facilities include the use of the Shakti Fitness Centre, Steam Cavern, Plunge Pools and Spa Zone.

Location

The Wellness Sanctuary is situated beside the Monk’s Cave
Extension 1700

Reservations

Treatments begin from 9.00am.; last treatment begins at 8.00pm. Reservations can be made in person or by dialling extension 1700 between 8.00am. to 8.00pm. daily. We recommend you arrive at the Wellness Sanctuary 40 minutes prior to your treatment for full enjoyment of the Spa Zone including the Steam Cavern and Plunge Pools.

Stema Cavern and Plonge Pools

Open daily from 9.00am to 8.00pm. Please note that these facilities are unisex. We recommend you wear a bathing suit or the sarong provided whilst using these facilities.

Shakti Fitness Center

Open daily from 7.00am to 8.00pm. Please note that appropriate clothes and sports shoes should be worn.

Spa Information

Please feel free to wear the bathrobes provided in your room to the spa. We encourage you to leave valuables in the safe provided in your room. To ensure you receive the maximum full treatment time, please arrive at the Wellness Reception for your treatment 15mins prior, to allow time for tea and changing if necessary.

Special Consideration

Please make sure our spa receptionist and host are advised of any medical conditions that could cause complications. Guests who have any medical complications are advised to consult a Doctor or Naturopath before signing up for a treatment.

Cancellation Policy

A fifty percent (50%) cancellation fee will be charged to your account for cancellations with less than four hours notice. The full fee will be charged for a no-show.

Children

In the Wellness Sanctuary children 12-15 years may enjoy a modified 60min Vital Essence Oil Massage with the approval of a parent or guardian. Children of all ages may benefit from Homoeopathy, Flower Remedies, Reiki, or Naturopathic Treatment if required.
