If you are suffering from pain that is impacting your ability to enjoy daily life or have old injuries that have resulted in dysfunctional scar tissue and damage prone muscles, tendons and ligaments then neuromuscular therapy and sports massage may be what you need.
Stephen knows the body in motion and all the muscular dysfunction and pain that can hinder a active life style and healthy work place. Passive non- direct massage therapy styles often leave the body in a state of reflexive stress from not getting the release one needs for healing, detoxification, and injury rehabilitation and performance enhancement.
Stephen ties in a unique blend of structural integration, myofascial release, trigger point therapy, cranial sacral therapy and genuine deep tissue therapy to help you meet your goals and get you back to form and enjoy your work and play in a pain free state.
