Ingredients
250 ml hibiscus infusion*
80 ml fresh pineapple juice
20 ml lime juice
*To make hibiscus infusion, take a handful of dried hibiscus flowers and simmer for 5 to 10 minutes in 300ml of water.
Method
Blend the hibiscus infusion, pineapple juice and lime juice with a few ice cubes for about 30 seconds on a medium speed. Serve in a tall glass.
