Kamalaya launches recipe DVD box set - 'Reconnect...Recipes for Healthy Living'

We hope that you have enjoyed some of the mouth-watering Kamalaya recipes in our 'Reconnect…Inspired Healthy Cuisine' book.

To follow on from this, we have created a Kamalaya recipe DVD box set, called 'Reconnect...Recipes for Healthy Living', to thank all our loyal guests for their support. The DVDs contain instructional videos on how to make some of our delicious recipes and there are easy to print instructions to accompany each video. There is also a bonus DVD with some special healthy living tips from Kamalaya co-founder, Karina Stewart.

The DVDs are free for past guests, however there is a small charge for those who haven’t stayed with us yet.
