In addition to
yoga , Kamalaya offers classes in
pilates,
chi gong,
tai chi,
spirit dance,
meditation and
pranayama.
Throughout the year, there are courses and retreats in these
practices with experienced teachers from around the world
Complementing the resources for yoga, Kamalaya's Shakti Fitness Center provides a well-equipped gym
with personal instruction in Strength Training, Functional Resistance Training, Fit Ball and other
exercise modalities.
Kamalaya offers guided hikes and also provides training in a variety of meditation and breathing
practices to balance the emotions, illuminate the sub-conscious, and help enhance ordinary awareness
into deepening levels of insight and joy.
