Lying comfortably on a low padded table, you will be guided with a gentle, non-invasive touch, how to move with a more efficient pattern of movement that relates to the function or limitation you wish to improve. Guild Certified Feldenkrais Practitioner, British-born Mandy Kealy is a popular and experienced somatic movement expert. Also a senior Pilates and Hatha Yoga teacher, Mandy holds advanced certification in many peripheral studies, which enhance and inform her teaching. She is known for her warm and relaxed teaching style, and for her ability to communicate her depth of knowledge in an easily understandable way. Continually inspired by her observation that everyone has the ability to improve, regardless of age or condition, Mandy regularly teaches workshops on improved movement strategies to practitioners, therapists and members of the general public, in Thailand and abroad.
