Guild Certified Feldenkrais Practitioner, British-born Mandy Kealy, is one of South East Asia’s leading somatic movement experts. Also a senior Pilates and Hatha Yoga teacher, Mandy holds advanced certifications in many peripheral studies, to enhance and inform her teaching. She is known for her warm and relaxed teaching style, and for her ability to communicate her depth of knowledge in an easily understandable way. Continually inspired by her observation that everyone has the capacity to improve, regardless of age or condition, Mandy regularly teaches workshops on improved movement strategies and self management skills to practitioners, therapists and members of the general public, in Thailand and abroad.

The Feldenkrais Method is a movement based learning system that improves your awareness of your body, and the intelligence with which you use it.
Based on sound scientific principles, the gentle brain training lessons of the Feldenkrais Method are an opportunity to delve deeply into the experience of your body, and simply and directly learn how to improve the way that you move. The method helps you to do whatever you do better, and improve the quality of your life.

These informative lessons, known as Functional Integration, are tailored to your unique needs. Lying on a low padded table, you will be guided through a series of slow, gentle movements, in ways that deeply influence your organization at a neurological level. Limited movement habits are revealed and re-patterned. Tensions melt away, overall functioning and sense of wellbeing improve and problems diminish or resolve. You may experience enhanced sports performance, a better posture, greater comfort and ease in daily tasks, or relief from injury or strain.
