A summary of the detox treatments is given below.

Far Infra-red Sauna
Developed with the most current research and technology to deeply penetrate under the skin, into the lymph vessels and fatty tissues. The infrared brings up a sweat with far more heavy metal, plastic and pesticide poisons that do regular saunas. They are also much more comfortable, as they operate at a lower temperature.

Chi Nei Tsang (Taoist Abdominal Massage)
Helps to release stored tension and promote circulation within the internal organs, assisting with a diversity of digestive problems. It greatly assists elimination of waste from the intestines.

Colonic Hydrotherapy Machine with Ozone
The latest equipment in colon therapy has been installed at Kamalaya. Colonics are simply an advanced form of bowel cleansing. Colonic hydrotherapy are safely administered by qualified nurses at Kamalaya. The session is also optional, though is recommended.

Medical Food: nutrients for improving liver detoxification
In the post-industrial era, our body's have been proven to store many poisons from pesticides, plastics, heavy metals etc. (See www.ewg.org for studies). These are released when fat burning (weight loss) occurs. The liver requires nutrient support to safely break these poisons down. The latest scientific detoxification programs provide these nutrients in a "medical food" powder.
