Wellness Program Inclusions

Terms & Conditions:
• All rates are quoted in Thai Baht including 10% service charge & 7% VAT
• Any treatments, services and meals not utilised are not refundable
• Minimum stay 3 nights from 1 March 2013 to 15 December 2013 excluding peak season; minimum stay 7 nights during peak season from 16 December 2013 to 12 January 2014
• Compulsory Gala Dinner on New Year's Eve @ THB 5,000/Person
• Check-in time 14:00 and Check-out time 12:00
• Rates, services charge and taxes are subject to change without prior notice
Cancellation policy:
• All bookings are to be guaranteed by major credit cards, with full prepayment, or by a travel agency with credit facilities approved by Kamalaya Koh Samui prior to making a booking
• Cancellation charges apply to both wellness programs and accommodation bookings
• 100% of booking charged if cancellation is made within:
o 14 days of arrival from 21 Jan 2013 – 30 Apr 2013
o 7 days of arrival from 1 May 2013 – 15 Dec 2013
o 21 days of arrival from 16 Dec 2013 – 12 Jan 2014
• 50% of booking charged if cancellation is made within:
o 21 days of arrival from 21 Jan 2013 – 30 Apr 2013
o 14 days of arrival from 1 May 2013 – 15 Dec 2013
o 45 days of arrival from 16 Dec 2013 – 12 Jan 2014
Children’s policy
Please note that the facilities and services at Kamalaya are designed for adults who seek the time, place and expertise to improve their wellbeing. Kamalaya is not recommended for children and there are no child concessions available. However, the following policy applies for parents who would like to do a wellness program and bring their children: for every room booked there must be one adult with a pre-booked wellness program for the duration of their stay. Children below the age of 16 may not participate in any wellness activities or treatments and are not allowed into the wellness centre or its facilities. Children below the age of 8 can stay free of charge on the sofa bed of a Villa when sharing with their parents. Maximum 1 child sharing room with their parents is permitted. Children below the age of 6 sharing room with parents are entitled to 50% discount on all meal rates; children will be served half portions from the regular menus. Baby cots for children below the age of 2 are free of charge (upon availability). Children are not allowed to use the swimming pools between midday and 4pm.
All rates will be charged in Thai Baht at the time of booking. The following conversions are intended as a guide only. This currency converter uses inter-bank rates rather than the cash rates that apply to payments, so it is likely that the actual exchange rate will be different to what is indicated here.
